Consumers are eating video up like … well something really, really tasty. They can’t get enough. YouTube is busting with billions of views a day. You didn’t read that wrong. Every single day people hop on YouTube to consume hundreds of millions of hours of video.
Now that video has presented itself as content royalty, everyone wants a piece. Name a social media site and they are now including video: Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and every other one out there. Not to mention YouTube’s competing video sites like Vine, Vimeo, Vzaar and Veoh (What’s with the “V” naming anyway?). And the list continues to grow.
